Elizabeth Gilbert, renowned author of Eat, Pray, Love, has extended a personal practice she’s maintained for over 30 years: writing daily letters to herself from Love,

with the simple but profound prompt,

“Dear Love, what would you have me know today...?”

This practice becomes a doorway into silence and stillness, guiding us home into the Temple of our Hearts – a space where the Presence of Love waits to be heard.

Albert Einstein once said, "The most important decision we make is whether we believe we live in a friendly or hostile universe.”  How we choose to answer this shapes every moment of our lives.

Journaling can be a transformative and enlightening way to engage with this question. I use several different journals for such practices, and this Letters from Love Storyteller is one that particularly invites me to soften those jagged edges around my heart, relax, and recognize the Presence of Love and Wisdom that is always there but so often hidden beneath distractions, contractions, and habitual reactions. It’s always such a relief to return to Love.

"We are not meant to live on the outskirts of Love, dear ones. Welcome home to the center of your very own heart. Here we go...”
